The Mythology of Silke’s Deck
In the beginning…
In the heart of Germania, long before the rise of kings and cities, the wild forests whispered secrets to those who dared listen. It is said the gods of the old forest gifted a wise woman a deck of tarot cards called FOREST and SKY— cards painted with ancient runes, shifting shapes of beasts, and shadowed visions of fate. Each card held a fragment of the world’s hidden truths, a doorway into what had been and what might yet come.
The deck passed from mother to daughter, its secrets growing with each generation. The women of this lineage were not just seers but guardians, called to interpret the whispers of the gods and protect their people in times of peril.
Silke knows the truth: she is not just a seer but a thread in a tapestry far larger than her own life. The deck’s cards, painted by hands long gone, hold the fate of not just her village but of warriors of old. As the shadow of war looms on the horizon, Silke must draw upon the knowledge of her ancestors. For destiny waits for no one, and the cards will not shuffle themselves.
